Jennifer Roberts launched Back Porch Communications after more than 20 years working as a journalist, in marketing, and in public relations in corporate America. 
 

Jennifer excels at content creation, storytelling, writing, video, and social media. She has amazing tips and tricks and teaches her clients the shortcuts she has learned after years of experience.
 

Jennifer has coached leaders through media interviews, campaign messages, customer service issues, media crises, staffing layoffs, and much more. She has helped numerous executives, physicians, and business leaders with what to say and how to say it, in just about any situation.

Jennifer founded Back Porch Communications in 2019 and now takes her skills from journalism and corporate America and applies them to help business owners and nonprofit leaders share their passion with the world.

Jennifer works with clients 1:1 and teaches online courses to share her marketing, PR, and Communications expertise with others.
